The City of Lomita is proud to introduce Lomita CARES – Community Activities and Resources for Elders. This new initiative reflects the City’s commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults by fostering health, wellness and meaningful connections.

Through Lomita CARES, seniors will have access to engaging opportunities, from social and educational programs to wellness and support services — all designed to help residents stay active and connected.

Lomita is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for our senior community through our Lomita CARES services. Through a combination of wellness programs, social opportunities and essential resources, we strive to help seniors live vibrant and connected lives. We invite all Lomita seniors to take part, make new friends and explore the many opportunities available right here in our community.
