The original bid documents provided that bids would be received until November 10, 2025, at 1 p.m. when they would be publicly opened and read aloud. That date and time is hereby changed to November 18, 2025, at 1 p.m. in the addendum included below.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 10 a.m. The visitation will commence at Lomita Park, located at 24428 Eshelman Avenue, Lomita, CA 90717.
