The City of Lomita is excited to announce the launch of Lomita Connect, a new mobile app designed to make it easier than ever for residents to stay informed and connected with City services. Powered by GOGov, Lomita Connect brings important City information and services directly to your smartphone.
Lomita Connect serves as a one-stop resource for the latest City news, upcoming events, service interruptions and important links to the City website. The app also streamlines communication between the City and the community, allowing staff to share timely updates more efficiently and effectively.
Report potholes, graffiti, coyote sightings and other neighborhood concerns, Lomita Connect offers a convenient way to report issues anytime, anywhere. A key feature of the app is the ability to submit service requests directly from a mobile device. Residents can easily report issues by opening the app, uploading a photo and providing a brief description.
Lomita Connect also allows residents to report coyote sightings directly through the app. Users can provide details and photos, if available, which are routed to the City’s Community Safety Division. Reports are reviewed and addressed based on severity or shared with the appropriate authorities as needed.
