The City of Lomita is pleased to announce the Façade Improvement and Job Creation programs. The Job Creation program awards up to $10,000 for the creation of a new job. The Façade Improvement program awards up to $25,000 for façade improvements. Both programs are funded by the American Rescue Plan Act. Eligible applicants are owners of restaurants, breweries, bars, bakeries, coffee shops, salons, barbershops, gyms, fitness studios, child day care centers, non-profits, and general retail businesses that are physically located within the City of Lomita.

All façade improvement projects on Pacific Coast Highway must adhere to the PCH Design Guidelines.

All façade improvement projects located everywhere else in the City must adhere to the Downtown Commercial District’s Design Guidelines.
