The City of Lomita is pleased to announce that the Façade Improvement and Job Creation forgivable loan applications opened on March 7th. The Job Creation program awards up to $10,000 for the creation of a new job. The Façade Improvement program awards up to $25,000 for façade improvements. Both programs are funded by the American Rescue Plan Act. Please read the information to see if a business meets the eligibility requirements. All façade improvement projects on Pacific Coast Highway must adhere to the PCH Design Guidelines.

All façade improvement projects located everywhere else in the City must adhere to the Downtown Commercial District’s Design Guidelines.

Note: A business can receive assistance from only one program (Job Creation or Façade Improvement). If a business received a CDBG award, it is precluded from these programs.
