The City of Lomita has introduced a new approach to promote beautification efforts with graffiti removal throughout the city. Property owners can now simply submit the “Permissive Removal Form,”allowing the City to remove graffiti from private property within 48 hours for a fee. The City has an agreement with a professional contractor with expertise and resources to completely remove any traces of graffiti, leaving the property looking clean and pristine.
By submitting the “Permissive Removal Form” directly to the City, Lomita property owners can avoid receiving Notices of Violation and ensure the graffiti is promptly and properly removed from their property.
